Time flies! The last of the summer veggies are still hanging on. It’s time to start thinking winter! The winter squash is being harvested from the garden. Can you believe it? Come see for yourself! For a live view of the stand, go here.

  • Okra — Okra loves this heat and is still going strong.
  • Tomatoes — The last ones of the season are trickling in. Get them while you can.
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Yard long beans — these are stringless and purple. Treat them like green beans!
  • Hot peppers
  • Tromboncino winter squash
  • Butternut squash
  • Acorn squash
  • Illinois white crookneck squash — great for pie making!
  • Hard neck garlic
  • Elephant garlic
  • Luffa
